REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Buy with confidence

We are certain that you’ll love your purchase but, on the rare occasion that it’s not right, we’ll be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. Simply return the unworn item to us in its original packaging and with all relevant receipts and documentation within 30 days of purchase. This offer does not include personalised items or special orders (see below) and does not affect your statutory rights.

 

For all items purchased online and delivered within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, we offer free returns.

 

To return your item from within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, please follow these easy steps:

 

Complete the information on the returns form.

 

Package your item up, ensuring the completed returns form is included in the parcel and the pre-paid returns label is displayed clearly on the outside of the parcel.

 

Please allow sufficient time for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

 

Please be aware that we are unable to refund any cost incurred should you post the item back to our Returns Centre.

 

Special Orders

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on altered, bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Glow by Cindy but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Our guarantee to you

We believe that all our products are of the highest quality, so that is why we guarantee all items against manufacturing defects. In the unfortunate case your item has a defect or is not as described, you can contact our friendly Customer Service Team. Just make sure you have proof of purchase to hand. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.

 

Please be advised that if you have your item altered, repaired, or adjusted by another company, then this will invalidate your guarantee and render it void. To protect the guarantee, all work must be carried out by Glow by Cindy (or a third-party company working on behalf of Glow by Cindy).
